**PLEASE NOTE: Weekly calls are only held during the February group class.**

There will be 9 group calls during our time together. If you know you cannot make a call, but have a question – you are welcome to email me your question. All the calls are recorded so that you you can access them at your convenience.

The first week there will be a call so we can all get used to the routine of the program and get to know each other. Don’t forget to post in our Facebook group! I don’t expect you to attend every call – but of course I encourage you to if you can! For sure you can send me your questions to answer on the calls and listen to the recording in your free time.
