I so appreciated the image of forgiveness purifying the heart of the resentment, anger, or distress inside….recognizing that only then, can we begin to share our love with the other. I also found her insight into the pain and unawareness of the offender, allowing her to see with a heart of compassion, not thought forms of judgement. Very powerful!
